Wow these guys are awesome went above and beyond for us when we was in a bind. And they have great trailers that are built well we looked around go with the name brands for sure

Great selection fast and easy deal really best prices in town. And even though I had a issue with another dealer in town they told me sorry about that and talked really highly of the other dealer which told me a lot about them not to bash when I was lol
On two separate occasions I reached out to Phil’s about a trailer I was interested in purchasing. Thes first time was by phone. I don’t remember the salesman’s name but he was rude and condescending. He acted as if I was wasting his time by asking questions about a $14K trailer. Today I reached out to them about a similar unit via email. I request a build sheet for the unit I was interested in. well i didn't buy a trailer from them , i wanted to finance they said i had delinquency's on my credit. not sure who they use for financing but they idiots my credit score is perfect, Buyer beware this is probably a scam , or just people who don't know what they are doing.
BUYER BEWARE- Customer Service is horrible. If I would have read the reviews before I bought my trailer I would have not bought it. Following up with anyone to get a response takes a while or multiple emails. Excuse after excuse for everything. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. If you don't, you cant say you haven't been warned.
Worst experience ever with John Maxwell and Gavin Stanley, but Melinda Bishop takes the cake as possibly the worst Manager lacking in common decency, human engagement, as well as basic customer service. After hiding 20 minutes in her office she came out with a sarcastic tone, extreme rudeness, unnecessary condescending comments and by far the most unprofessional person I have ever attempted to do business with. Very poor customer service.Not returning my call.
I wouldn't recommend ever buying a trailer from this used car salesman outfit. i paid 40k+ for a trailer and it never has been used . I had to call the factory Glen who is the best customer service ever at Forest River Trailers who actually made the unit.. Phil's trailer is just a middle man and a bad one at that. I special ordered this trailer and wish like hell i went to my first pick but i believed the line we are the biggest and the best lmao.
