I brought my sewing machine to Phil's Sewing for repair today. From the moment I first stepped into the shop until I left to return to my car was a pleasant experience. Annette could not have been nicer, more informative or accommodating! I drove over 30 miles after looking for a repair shop online and I am glad that I did. buying local is the best, larry and annette are always and willing to help you solve your problems years ago i bought a machine some where else and every time i had a problem i always had to wait for thursday for the one person that knew any thing to help me since i have bought local i can get help any time that is really great lot of times it's the person operating the machine
