RecommendedExcellent service. They got my Grandmother's machine repaired, tuned up and running great with quick turn around.
I live 100 miles from Phil's. I went there to buy the pro stitcher for my babylock crown jewel quilting machine. Then I purchased an embroidery machine, then a simple babylock sewing machine. I own a babylock serger. as well as the second babylock embroidery machine . I so appreciate the service I receive on anything I take to this store. I have been there twice for classes and both times received with a very friendly greeting and patience as I learned. I will be back for more classes and look forward to the quilt of the month club!
Drove the hour to the store to drop my Creative Sensation off for a service and fix a problem with the embroidery unit. Larry was SO helpful and informative about the process and then he escorted me across the street to their little treasure trove where Annette and Jill were happy to share information and demonstrate some tools I was dying to try out. I signed my daughter up for a sewing class. First time she has ever used a sewing machine. She absolutely loved the class. They helped her every step of the way. We can't wait for the next class.
