I purchased a Baby Lock Flourish II from another dealer. I had a problem after a few months, took it to Phil's because it was closer and he took it to Baby Lock for repair (still under warranty) and picked it up, even though I didn't make the purchase from him.
I am very pleased with the products and services provided to me. This shop didn’t hesitate to do transaction with me even if I live far away. They also have very decent pricing compare to the other dealers I spoke to. I wish I live close to their shop lol. Thank you 😊 love my machine ❤️

Outstanding Service! Provided me with manuals for my new Solaris, even though Babylock didn't! I now live over 4 hours away, and still buy my Babylock & Pfaff machines and accessories from them!!!
I took my commercial machine in for a tune up and was taken by the new machine that they had in and I purchased one on the spot. It is a Pfaff Performance Icon and I couldn't be happier. I have never had a machine that is so easy to operate and has so much light where I need it and is simply wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Worth every penny I spent.
