These guys saved me and my neighbor 3 times. Last night my door threw the cable and was a mess. I called this morning, left for an appointment, and it was done (perfectly) when I came home. This is complicated work, and while not cheap, it's FAIR! You will not be disappointed!
Our service guy was like Mr. Rogers. So kind. So low key. Waiting for my hubs to show up I tried to let him know what we knew. He was VERY polite and said he wanted to check some things and I could see he had a protocol he was going to follow lol. He was right on the money from the time he got here! Not trying to stretch the time to pad the bill. LOVED THAT! Would DEFINITELY recommend. Especially to elderly people. Just found out his name is Nathan.
had a major issue at about 730pm. Nate showed up within a half hour of my first call and had the door fixed before 9. great service and very timely in off hours. do not be misled by the poor reviews. I highly recommend them
Excellent service installing a new residential garage door lift after our old one broke. Did have my first appointment cancelled due to emergency calls, but I totally understand that - because I also had them out last winter when we had a much bigger problem with the door. Technician called before arriving and was quick to get things installed. Fast, professional, and I think their rates are well in line with the skills of their technicians. Terrible company. Has a shady mentally unstable employee running around in his van giving his company a bad name and image.
