I will never return to BMW Service AGAIN unless it's a warranty item! Every visit there's something wrong when I leave!!! From something as minor as loosing my tire caps *Sports one of a kind* to leaving my tires lose � I've had sand under a paint job, been told that my red had orange tone to it after a paint touch up.... smh you name it Passport BMW has done it #Wrong! Philmark employees and service providers are fast efficient courteous knowledgable professional and don't take your whole arm for providing service!
