I strongly recommend Lou to represent you in an injury case. The other insurance company repeatedly offered a low ball number, and they never budged. Lou kept refusing their offer and chose to try the case. It took 3 years, but in a live arbitration hearing with the opposing attorney and driver, as well as Lou and I testifying- Lou presented my case so successfully that the arbitration panel awarded me more than 4x the opposing insurance companies offer.
