Went in for eye exam that was covered through insurance. Upon walking in the door i was asked for Id & insurance card for them to copy. I filled out new patient paper work & they cleary put on my paper work EXAM ONLY.. While sitting & waiting for Dr I was asked if I wanted to start trying on glasses ( who ever said I needed or wanted glasses)..
