Former resident for over 3 years. Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent staff who have been documented to violate landlord-tenant laws in Philadelphia. Disgusting building that should be reviewed for blight conditions. Avoid at all costs. Only good thing is that their incompetence ultimately benefited me financially when they decided to follow the law and had to pay me interest on my security deposit and abate me 1 month’s rent. Loop in City Council if you have any issues with them!

I once had a maintenance worker walk into my bedroom while I was in bed half asleep and he continued to talk to me while I was yelling for him to get out over and over. Upon move out, management made a gross error and was attempting to send me a very large bill when actually I was owed a deposit. I notified them of the error and they offered no apology and sent me the corrected statement and refund. Highly unprofessional staff.
