5/5 stars! Special shout out to Garrett (sorry if misspelled)! Informative over the phone and attentive to multiple questions/list of issues spiel in-person. I was on the brink of buying a new laptop after visiting multiple tech shops/counters [including Best Buy's Geek Squad] after being told they disn't know what was wrong and/or that my laptop would need to be shipped off.
