For the past ten years, we've always called Phillips for anything AC-or-boiler-related, whether a checkup or for a repair. They installed our Carrier AC for us 10 years ago when we first bought our house, and they've done every yearly checkup since then. I called about my furnace not working at 8am and someone was at my house by 11. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. We needed a new furnace and the options were carefully explained. My new furnace was installed and warming my freezing cold house in less than 24 hours. The men who installed it were very efficient and completed the job beautifully.
