I’ve been on the cruise many years before and it was great. While booking this year, one female employee was well-versed and knowledgeable while a second conversation with a male employee later contradicted everything she said. 2020 is certainly a crazy year with so much uncertainty. Our cruise was supposed to be Thursday and we followed the rules and timeline to a T, getting there with plenty of time. This was a great way to see the glaciers with the family. A relaxing informative day on the water allows you to see sea animals and glaciers and lots of beautiful sites all in one day.
Great time with a ton to see. The USB charging system at each table was a huge plus. The only issue was with other guests that have very small children. It's a long cruise.
