RecommendedWonderful time with these folks! Staff were knowledgeable; helpful and friendly. We only had time to do the Glacier Quest Cruise but really enjoyed it. Pictures just don’t do it justice. They get you up close to the glacier and it’s truly awe inspiring! Narration was informative (learned about and saw the different kinds of glaciers among other things) and geared to people of all ages. Well worth the money. The sights are amazing, the staff courteous and professional. We saw sea lions, otters, harbor seals and eagles. We got up close to the glaciers and had plenty of time at each stop to take pictures or just to take in the view. Tried the glacier ice margarita and the salmon chowder, both excellent. I highly recommend this cruise, you will not regret it!!
We had an amazing time on our cruise! We were able to see so much energy though it was rainy and a bit foggy. seeing the glaciers up so closely was the highlight. The captain did a great job of going to the best places due to the weather. The food was wonderful as well, especially the freshly baked cookies at the end of the trip! Loved it!!!
I sadly didn’t enjoy the cruise as much as I would have liked yes it was informative and they served good food but the boat was packed so full you had no room to move it was like we were sardines in a can you couldn’t even eat your lunch we were so tightly packed in . It was so foggy we could barley see anything but that’s weather for you but I do have to say the captain did try his hardest to have us see what we could I give him five stars and the staff for there kindness but I don’t think it was worth the money we paid to ... read more
What a wonderful cruise through Prince William Sound on June 30. We were fortunate enough to see a few pods of orcas. The crew was great and the narration by the park ranger was excellent. If you find yourself in the last frontier, this cruise is worth it!

We had a wonderful time with our Travel Agent group. The tour guide was so much fun and very informative. We enjoyed the Salmon Chowder and our Glacier Ice Margaritas were delicious! A fun thing to watch them bring the glacier ice up and then it's in your drink!!! Brilliant:) Very comfortable.

My family took the Phillips glacier cruise this past Friday. While the cruise itself is great, my youngest son had his Junior Park Ranger book thrown away with the trash by his unsuspecting family members. When the time came to get sworn in, the tour guide came back to the table and demanded his book. Youngest explained that the book had been lost. When he then thanked her for the badge, as he's been trained to show gratitude, she replied condescendingly "You're welcome, how about you earn the next one." Really? You're going... read more

This cruise was great. We did the train to wittier and the 5 hour cruise. The food was good and they were very informative. Even our 9 and 11 year olds had a great time taking pictures! We saw a whole bunch of whales seals, porpoise and sea otters. The glaciers and views are amazing.
