Food was great...
No supplies to crack crabs, service on drink refills could have been better. Always eats here every year. Next year will plan to shop around based on reviews.
Too expensive for a buffet. the food wasn't bad. Some of it was stale though. It was a nice experience but I wouldn't come back.
Where to begin? We were seated fairly fast. We sat and waited for our drinks for 15 plus minuets. We asked our waiter who was new about the gluten free menu that is advertised, the waiter didn’t know what to do and said he needed to find a manager to tell him what to do. After 20 more minuets of waiting for the manager I had to personally get up to hunt the manager down. They closed the back part of the buffet in the middle of a dinner rush. The food was not very good for the price you pay. The shrimp was over cooked. Some of the food was cold.
Food was good, but service was absolutely terrible. We sat most of our meal without drinks, and I had to ask the server at least twice for anything we needed. Upon asking the second time, we still had to wait 10 minutes for whatever it was to be fulfilled. It wasn’t a very busy night. There were a lot of empty tables. For $40 a person, the meal should have been better. Some of the food was so hard you couldn’t eat it. I went up 3 times to get prime rib and no one was there either time, finally had to ask for service, and they had to hunt someone down. Food was ok but not worth the $, I would have given it 3 stars if the bathroom wasn’t so bad. It’s like you walked into a 7/11 bathroom. This was the 2nd time that my husband & I ate there. It was amazing! Great selection on the buffet, Great price for an all-you-can-eat buffet, Great atmosphere, service was great.....everything about this place is great. We will definitely be back again when we are in OCMD!
I've been coming here every year since I was 16 and the quality of food seems to decrease every year. I try to give it a chance each year but I believe this will be my last. We came in right when they opened at 3:30p and the crab legs were brown and rubbery. So much for fresh seafood at the beginning of the night.
