Love this place. We come here every year.
Not awful but nowhere near as good as bonfire. The crab dip was not great. The macaroni and crabmeat was borderline awful. The selection was not that great and the prime rib was very overcooked. The servers were friendly but not really on their game considering how many people were there. Not enough seating and the desert was awful. Will not be going back.
My husband wanted the $39.99 buffet. I wanted to order off the menu. We couldn’t do both without special arrangements. Nothing was labeled. Nothing spectacular here, it would probably have been better if we ate on the menu side.
We have been coming here each summer for the past decade. This visit we had three items that were not as good as usual, hence the 4 stars. Cold steamed clams. Actually ice cold. Over cooked shrimp. Tough and rubbery. Over cooked prime rib. Dry and tasteless. Still ate like a pig and left satisfied !
Worst wait time we have ever had and we have been coming here for years! We are almost at an hour and still waiting.
Great food, great selection, friendly employees only problem I had with the place was food was so good I way over ate. Highly recommend
For $38 a person it was major disappointment, the food is eh in taste and not even close to warm! Never again would I was my money!
Went for the breakfast buffet. We were seated fast and service was good. Food was your typical breakfast foods but there should be more seafood options.
Our 2nd time at Phillips. Last year we went to the one by 139th street and loved it a lot of selections there but that Phillip's is now closed. So we went to this Phillip's this time I must say the food was good but we didnt find out there was more selection of food on the other side of restaurant when we were leaven our server didnt not tell us about it she was great. But lack of information was disappointing.
