Great food and our server Rachael was awesome. Being the off season we had a very relaxing slow paced dinner.

Great food and service, even after the season has come to a close.
Ussualy have a good experience at Phillips but we were disappointed this time. Food was cold. CRAB legs were soggy. A large portion of the steamed shrimp were mushy. It was kinda like they pulled the old food out of the freezer to get rid of it.
