We are a small 3rd generation Country Ham business in Asheboro, NC. Our business was started in 1947 by Talmadge and Parker Phillips. The Current owner, Phillip Craven, is the grandson of Talmadge Phillips. We strive to give you the best country ham and sausage you have ever tasted. We still do it the old fashion way. We do almost everything by hand and it shows in the quality of the cuts of meat we offer. We offer gift boxes of all shapes and sizes. We got some at Bush Hill Trading Post. The best country ham anywhere. Not too salty, not too sweet. I wish more places had it for sale
Got our country ham yesterday. We get some every year at Christmas from Don's brother.(but we have eaten almost all of it. The biscuit cut style). So glad we don't have to wait until the end of the year to enjoy such great ham. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.....Julia Mitchell

As far as I'm concerned it's the ONLY ham there is. I buy the biscuit and the center slices!! NEVER a disappointment, quality and consistency is far above anything that's out there! EXCELLENT product!!
