I highly recommend Phillips Appliance & Parts. For a very reasonable price we got a gently used washer and dryer set for the price of one of those at Lowe's or Sears. They delivered them, set them up and checked to make sure they worked before leaving. They called to set up a time to deliver, called the morning of to make sure everything was still good and called right before showing up to let me know when exactly they would be there. Extremely polite through the entire purchase, delivery and set up process!
These guys have great appliances at great prices.
I was very pleased with the customer service yesterday. I took a thermostat in and they checked it for free. Did not hassle me to buy a new part. It was bad so I did. The best part was he offered repair advice based on what I told him I was having that may have caused the problem. Most businesses just want your money. He was kind and concerned and was a blessing to me in a situation unfamiliar to me. If more businesses and people would be like Phillip's the world would be a better place.
Awesome People At Phillips's! They had my part even though they don't carry my appliance. Cheaper and friendlier than anyone in Greenwood or area!
