Manager never in office, they never respond to phone calls and apartments has a lot of mold and flood from air conditioners.
Terrible!!... Wouldn’t fix a thing... Manager was not polite nor professional... Units have really bad problems from mold, plumbing, flooring/foundation issues to bugs... Due to the lack of maintenance over the years... New owners are not fully renovating, but covering up issues.... Very unprofessional....Being that they are now twice the cost, they should be properly taken care of, to insure that future tenants are getting their money’s worth .......
The office manager is very polite and prefessional and makes sure you understand everything and every step of the move in process.
