The man would not stop typing and focusing on an outdated medication list from a State I don’t live in and is highly out of date when I made it clear I did not need any medication at this time and said over and over to please listen to my history instead of interrupting me constantly by continuously asking, “do you still take this medication?.” I would ask “who and when was that prescribed to me,?” and he said “it doesn’t say.” I kept asking what “it” was but would get no response. Mr Walker was to take over my help as Elizabeth Sanderson bailed on me without notice. He was not familiar with my needs and issues and after explaining them, had next appointment cancelled. Wow. Also, not able to get records for the past year as they are changing and updating. Not sure what is up at Ally but sure does have ripple affects and effects. Beware and take care.
