Mr Walker was to take over my help as Elizabeth Sanderson bailed on me without notice. He was not familiar with my needs and issues and after explaining them, had next appointment cancelled. Wow. Also, not able to get records for the past year as they are changing and updating. Not sure what is up at Ally but sure does have ripple affects and effects. Beware and take care.
