All staff, facility, PAs, and Dr. Mason have been friendly, kind, efficient, responsive, informative, and professionally expert!
Doesn’t even deserve a star, he was very hateful to my 3 year old and I will not be back to the facility to see this Dr, she had a sprained ankle and he didn’t see why she was being seen, he had her scared and shouldn’t be a pediatric orthopedic.
I had a good initial visit with Dr. Mason concerning my knee. He was engaged and provided detailed information about possible solutions. He suggested we start with the least invasive action, see what results we have and move on from there if needed.
