My most recent experience with Dr. Ludkowski was for a knee replacement 3 months ago. This was my third surgery with him, the previous two being bilateral hip replacement. I also had a shoulder surgery in 1973 with the same firm of doctors at IBJI in Arlington Heights. I've never had any difficulties with any of the surgeries; no infections or blood clots, and recovery has been reasonably easy for all of them. Would not hesitate to use Dr. Ludkowski's services again, recommend highly!
It has been three months since my surgery. I needed a full knee replacement. Before, the whole right side of my body was distorted and walking was painful. Now walking is EASY! I have full range of motion in my leg. My posture has been corrected. Clean small scar on my knee is healed. I Can't thank Dr. Ludkowski enough for my new knee!
I would recommend Dr. Ludkowski in a heartbeat to everyone who needs orthopedic surgery. My hip left hip replacement and recovery was handled expediently and smoothly, not a single glitch or setback. The day of my surgery I got out of bed, I walked, I Even climbed stairs! All without pain. Simply amazing! I have other issues with my heart, with anesthesia, and Dr. Ludkowski was prepared and everything went perfectly without any complications.
Recent knee replacement surgery. Physician's practice prepares patient for surgery and recovery. No complications. Surgical scar small. Returned to work 9 weeks after surgery with no restrictions. Doing quite well. Dr. Ludkowski is an experienced and great orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Ludkowski and his staff are wonderful. I had a partial knee replacement in May and feel like a new person. He walked me through every step of the way, and was concerned with any issues I may have had. Would recommend Dr. Ludkowski to anyone. Thank you for everything
the procedure went as explained. tho' was discharged next day as it was an afternoon procedure. minimal scarring and almost complete range of motion after 2.5 months. knee feels like new and can now do heavy exercise without pain.
Dr. Ludkowski surpassed even the rave reviews of friends who were fortunate enough to benefit from his expertise. My hip replacement was the smoothest and most successful surgery I have experienced. And Dr. Ludkowski's sincere interest and good humor are above expectation. He was right there at the hospital checking on me the following days. Wonderful.
My initial partial replacement was done incorrectly and I was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Ludkowski was recommended to me and he was willing to see me the same day and agreed to do a revision surgery on my knee. I was relieved to know a surgeon with an excellent reputation was willing to help me. Two months later I am doing great. Dr. Ludkowski knew exactly how to redo my partial replacement. He is very gifted, is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.
Excellent Doctor, you may have to wait to see him but when you are seen, he will also spend the time needed with you. I have had knee replacements twice, 15 years apart and he has given excellent care to me both times.
