I have never seen a Chiropractor before my auto crash a few weeks ago, but when it was recommended that I see one, I wanted only to go to Smith, in Gonzales. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. Smith Chiropractic's facilities are very updated and high tech. They have utilized digital documentation to streamline the treatment process. From the moment you enter you are greeted and sent straight to be scanned, no waiting. From there you scan your card to enter the cue. Before you can even sit down the system is calling your name and telling you what station to go to.
