I saw both the NP and Dr Esce. I feel like they took time with me and answered all of my questions.
Had spinal fusion, but have been unable to get any follow up care. Will not return my phone calls and have even cancelled appointments.
He has done surgery on me before. He done an excellent job. 10 years later ( today), He is still the proficient Neurosurgeon he was back then. He will be honest and tell you if surgery is for you. We all want a quick fix. Then go back to our busy lives. Sometimes, that's not possible and as much as I want to be out of pain, there's no quick fix this time. Didn’t see Dr Esce this visit. Saw Julie Justice the NP. She was very helpful and informative. I have seen Dr Esce in the past and love him. One of the best doctors I have been to.
Have had BAD back surgery experience before I met Dr. Esce. He is very confident and discussed my options in a way I could understand. Had a laminectomy on lower back at Spartanburg Regional and it was the easiest time in hospital I have ever had. The surgery was amazingly successful in solving pain from nerve compression. Recovery was quick.
Dr. Esce is good, talented, skilled doctor for the spine. I was in so much pain & lost the quality of my life because of it. I chose him as my surgeon & I cant say enough about him. Talks to you , not down to you & holds a pleasant personality.
I was very impressed with Dr. Esce & all his office staff. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Dr. Esce was a caring & attentive doctor. He was very informative & answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. I look forward to completing my care with him.
