Dr. Esce was very professional and kind. I was grateful for his assessment and for his concern to promptly alleviate pain with conservative methods.

I have been trying to find the source of my arm pain for over a year. I had shoulder surgery that did not ease my pain. Next attempt involved my cervical spine for which I saw Dr Esce. He agreed I have disc problems but doesn’t think my neck is causing my pain so he ordered a nerve study which will be done next month. I had shingles that started in December of 2022 and this may be post shingles neuropathy.
Dr Esce is the best! My vertebrae actually bruised my spinal cord which could have led to paralysis of all extremities! But Dr Esce did surgery on my C4,5,6,7 - my numbness and weakness in my arms have gone away. The mobility in my neck after surgery is wonderful! My pain I was experiencing before surgery is gone completely! Dr Esce was very caring and took time to explain to me the surgery and answer all my questions! I highly recommend him!
His office despite being extremely busy, was very efficient and had me in and out in 1hr and 15 minutes. That was including X-rays, discussion with Dr Esce, scheduling surgery and fitting me for a back brace and labs. Dr Esce himself was very personable and explained my problem and the needed fix.
This was my second and final post-op op visit. I was very impressed that I was seen by Dr. Esce, rather than an assistant. He greeted me, sat and listened intently. Knowing that specialists schedules are demanding, I prepared my questions in advance He replied to each professionally and respectfully. I have had severe spinal stenosis for over 2 years and have used many options to ease my symptoms. I finally decided to go the surgery route. I met with Dr. Esce and he reviewed my MRI and medical notes with me. He was very attentive to me and explained how the surgery would be performed. He was reassuring that there was a good chance the surgery should eliminate my symptoms. I scheduled surgery with him and will comment on that when done. Very happy so far.
I was in a Motorcycle accident and broke my neck. And several other things. I was treated for my neck injuries by Dr Esce. It has amazing healed up. I would recommend him to anyone I care about.
Dr Esce spent time with me addressing all my concerns and questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’m a nurse and i respect Dr Esce. The wait time was the shortest time I’ve ever seen with a specialty physician. I recommend Dr Esce to everyone.
