I've been bringing my family here for years and my experience has generally been good. I love the membership plan for discounted prices. The low review is because of an unresolved issue from a couple of years back. There was some mishap and they accepted payment without delivering the service. I would say they're good at the basics, but you might want to shop around if you need something more.
This practice exemplifies the best in medical care in Newport. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, more than competent and most importantly, friendly and caring. Dr. May explained every step of the almost year-long process; I felt myself in extremely capable hands throughout. Highly recommend.
