Great people! Very friendly staff and knowledgable doctors. Will always recommend.
Staff is incompetent and Dr Philips is a pathological liar. One example (of many) is lying about when she received test results from a lab, which was clearly proven when she forwarded the email from the lab. She also had the audacity to try to gaslight me when I relayed a conversation I had with her staff and she repeatedly insisted that the things I told her never happened. I asked the staff to run every test possible on all four of my dogs, then called back later and found out they hadn’t included a heartworm test in the b... read more
