I got engaged August 6, 2012 to the most wonderful guy and my best friend and we decided too look for a ring that meant something special. They took the time to teach me a ton about diamonds so I could make an educated decision and worked with me every step of the way through designing a custom ring to my (at times painfully stringent) requirements.
I will never be a customer after how i was treated today. I stopped into the store because it was close to see if they could resize a watch that my mentally handicapped brother received for Christmas. The lady that helped me said that she would but NEVER once stated BEFORE she did the work that there would be a cost to do it.
