Wow! Our 10th anniversary and he took his Great Aunts ring in from 1915 to Phillips. They did a wonderful job. Abbie passed away the year I was born in 1961. They were in love till the end. Thank you! I posted a pic in the comment. Again wow!
We have had a great experience with Philip's over the last month. Always a friendly smile and helpful and knowledgeable service! I brought my 7-year old daughter with me today and thought maybe they'd be worried about a child in their store, fingerprinting the glass and such. But the associate was very sweet and treated her like a queen! She even took her little stud earrings back and shined them up for her!
My late mother-in-law's wedding set from 1954 was too small for my finger. It wasn't an expensive piece to start with, but it held a lot of sentimental value. I was afraid I would be told the resizing wasn't worth it on such a cheap thing. They looked at it, & said the prongs holding the stone were also thin, & "it looks like it was a well-loved piece." If you are shopping for a new piece of jewelry or a custom piece, Philip's is the place to go! We had a custom piece done and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The communication during the process was fantastic (I'm starting to think they never leave the building :)). Great experience!

I just received my ring from Philip's Diamond shop. Patricia Lummer was a great help. She helped me design my ring. She was very patient with me as I was so excited I e-mailed her quite often. I wanted my ring for an upcoming event and she made it happen. My ring is absolutely gorgeous
