Sad. Sad. Sad. I used to come here every year, multiple times a year for a long, long time. My family has since grown up and moved away and hasn’t been here in years. For Christmas, my mom bought gift certificates for all of us girls to have a spa day and walk down memory lane. We planned a day around the spa services and drove a total of 2.5 hours between only two of us only to be greeted by saying they needed to reschedule my moms services (scheduled previously and double confirmed by my mother by the way). Go somewhere else! Super unfriendly staff—I mean they seriously seem unhappy that you’re there, small/outdated “relaxation” room, and they act like your treatment is just another chore to check off their list in order to push you through their factory as quickly as possible. This day wasn’t a “spa” experience like I was looking forward to at all. It’s cool I love finding childcare for my 3 kids and throwing $110 out the window. So disappointing and you’ve been warned!
