TOP NOTCH at getting TOP DOLLAR! Philip sold our townhome in record time start to finish. He priced the property perfectly vs comps and current selling climate. The winning bid came in 24 hours later and we closed in less than 3 weeks. We have also worked with Philip as a buying agent (twice) and he was awesome on both of those negotiations. He knows his stuff and gets things done with no drama. And he's a nice guy to boot. Who could ask for anything more?
