Very disappointed, I’ve been a client for 25 years and always happy with the results but last month Tina put highlights in my hair and left the bleach on for an hour knowing that my hair is fragile and taking other customers while I’m being over processed and it’s by appointment only and she’s got two other clients in and working on them .
