I have been seeing Sarah for about 2 years now, and I can’t say enough about her professionalism, knowledge, and approach in guiding me through the healing process. She has gone above and beyond at times, sending me articles, worksheets, etc. The portal makes it easy to have virtual sessions, and she is always flexible with scheduling. She deserves a raise.

I was surprised to see the bad reviews but wanted to share that we (both my husband and I) have had a really good experience with this practice, and especially the therapists we were matched with. I feel they really paired us thoughtfully, and both he and I are in a much better place than we were a few months ago. We aren't strangers to therapy and knowing it can be a learning curve to find the right fit, but we were both able to make a connection quickly and start taking care of issues. I have seen a number of therapy providers over the years and I am not impressed. I am no longer using their services due to poor billing management from the admin and the therapist I was seeing who had bad follow up and was clearly distracted during our virtual sessions. I was also charged a $75 no show fee for an appt I cancelled. I did miss the 24 hour notice deadline but was somewhat distracted from cancelling my appt trying to get in contact with them for over a week to try and get my money back.

I had a great experience with one of the therapists but had to leave the practice because of gross billing mismanagement from the admin. I was given false billing information when I switched insurance and the payment system never updated to show me what I actually owed until months later. The manager Chris was extremely rude when I kept following up to try to deal with the matter. Multiple people left for this same reason.
