Beware of this office- they require you give them your credit card to "keep on file just in case" and sign a form that basically says you give them authorization to charge your card whenever they feel like they're owed money. I've had my card compromised before and I'm just not comfortable with this. If you refuse (i.e. you're prepared to pay cash for your copay) they refuse to see you. This was my first and definitely my last visit to this office. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor avoided eye contact, and the overall level of service was poor . The signs posted throughout the office came across as unprofessional and even a bit intimidating. As a first-time patient, I expected a more welcoming and calming environment, but instead it felt impersonal and more like a clinic than a place of care.
