I have attended several visits with my mom and I must say they ALL was a waste of time. The doctor was on his phone reading and replying to text message's, once I spoke on that he stated he was in a group chat about another patient! We are in the room right NOW we are the patient! The pain my mother has has been going on for over 3 months.It's just appointment after appoinment with NOOO results. This place is HORRIBLE
My Dad received treatment at the VA for several years (2018 through 2021) through his terminal illness and liver cancer diagnosis. His primary doctor was David E. Kaplan, MD, Gastroenterology. My Dad felt very comforted and secure in Dr. Kaplan's care. He was very professional, personable, friendly, explains things on layman's terms, great medical knowledge and build a trust and rapport with my Dad and Mom that is indescribable , My mom said that Dr. Kaplan was like family to them for he was with them through some good time... read more
