Working at a company in the Radnor Financial Center, I thought it was great to have a gym nearby that only charged $19.95. Then after two years, PSC charged an excess fee without warning and then increased my monthly fee without warning. After a number of attempts to contact a manager, I was instructed to come in-person to cancel. The lack of care from staff and management to resolve this issue is absurd. I guess for $20 a month, you get what you pay for...
Gym is ok but as a company they increase the monthly charge to your credit card without even notifying you and won't remove it because " you signed a contract ".. PSC should stand for Philadelphia STEALING Club. It's worth more money to join a more reputable place. Stay away!!!
I love this gym but this could be because I've been a member for many years. Great environment, friendly people. I have made a lot of fitness friends and we continue to motivate each other. I understand that the general management changes like the weather, but that could also be due to corporate. They change a lot of things and I don't think the management can control them, perhaps corporate should treat them a little better so they could enjoy their jobs more. Wi-Fi isn't working AGAIN! It's the only reason I come here... I hate the gym but I'm a beachbody coach doing a weight lifting specific program so I use PSCs weights and my iPad to follow my program. Can't do that without Wi-Fi. I said something at the front desk and the guy said "yea it hasn't worked for me for a few days." then do something about it!!!!
Interesting that there is no ability to write a post publicly on this page... With that being said can someone explain why although I completed everything online, registered for the class, arrived early, and presented all the documentation showing that I should be able to take the 6am spin class I was told that I was not allowed to take the class. The employee said that it was per his managers direction. Please enlighten me on what directions would disqualify me from being able to work out at this gym.
