Great place, excellent equipment.
They had really bad equipment for years. Finally replaced it. Now say cable out been over a week Bad attitude and just raised price with no warning Not good and rude at front desk
I am so dissatisfied with the way PSC handled my daughter’s membership cancelation. She cancelled 2 times and was still charged. When trying to contact someone at the gym they were very not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said there wasn’t anyone else to talk to. This is unacceptable especially since there was more money charged after the cancellation.
Lots of equipment has been out of service for 5+ months! sometime no drinking water, pipes burst, pool closed - horrendous management AND they recently raised the price
They lie about their contract!
It’s easy to get on a Concept2 Rower I just did 10,000 meters in 55.10 I have belonged since the day they opened It’s a very nice gym
The gym is fine, although many of the TV's at the treadmills don't work. The problem is the billing practices of the corporate office. If your credit card has fraud on it and they can't bill you one month, they will charge you a late fee of $15 plus raise your monthly rate from that point on. You will not receive a phone call or email about these changes and you won't see them unless you check your statement. I have been a member for years. Now I travel for work and don’t have the opportunity to go so I went to the gym to cancel my membership. No one tried to convince me to stay. Didn’t ask why I was leaving - just an OK. I watched him type into the computer and then say, “OK. You are all set”. Well, two months now and I am still getting billed. I am told I need to talk to a manager but no one calls me back. I guess I will have to take time away from work or my family so I can go make a scene in their lobby.
