I love this gym. I have been a member here for years and wouldn't think of leaving. The staff members are friendly and have always been helpful to me. I have been training with Nick Peterson for over a year now and have had truly amazing results. His Wednesday morning class is one of my favorite things about this gym. Please be careful before giving these people your credit card. They are deceitful. You only get to know about a hike in dues when you receive your statement. Nobody cares here. Your calls will not be returned. Their best trainers have left. And so have their managers. The place is not clean. They cannot make ends meet and so the only way out is to abuse the trust we put in them. Beware!
It's not fine, not great- membership sent out an e-mail a few months ago, stating the company is increasing dues by $10 for "major improvements." The link provided proceeded to outline the improvements for NYSC... I guess Philly folk are paying for NY improvements. My inquires to the company are still unanswered.
Great environment, very clean, and friendly staff.
