Tried to cancel as I moved from the area, and was informed by PSC's GM about a $29.95 cancellation fee. Since I kept a copy of the contract, I knew there was none in the contract I signed. PSC's GM clearly could not produce a copy of a contract, then just makes up a complete lie that "use of the facility automatically means you consent to new terms of a contract." No sir, it does not.
