I cannot tell you what the apartments are like because JoAnn Turner never showed up to our scheduled tour (that I had confirmed several times). I was told by the valet that she had left for lunch about 15 minutes before our appointment. When I called her to get an ETA she said she was finishing up and would be late. BEWARE!!! NIGHTMARE ON CHESTNUT STREET!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! This place deserves no stars!!! I was scheduled to see this place today as a potential apt., for my daughter who is a college senior. A Patti Goreman who I assume is a leasing agent called our agent and stated she would give us a tour at 3:00 pm although our agent stated she would show us the apts. Awful, just awful. Living in Society Hill Building under PMC property group, we have had homeless people break into the building more than once, faulty fire alarm that goes off so often that tenants don't even leave the building anymore, and when the front door keypad broke, it took tenants posting flyers in the hallway asking everyone to email at the same time for our mailman to get access 2 weeks later. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! First of all 90 percent of my packages got stolen, and the new system they’ve come up limits the entry for mail main resulting in leaving packages everywhere. I moved without seeing the apt and it wasn’t at all what I wanted or needed. I slept in the apt maybe 60 times in almost a year. I heard yelling all night some times I never felt safe there. When I got fired because of covid they wouldn’t let me leave lease 2 months early they’d charge me 500 flat fee plus rent plus whatever re renting fees. They’... read more

No... just no.. Don't move here unless you enjoy astronomical heat bills due to the giant windows, or being trapped in a lease that automatically renews without 60 days notice and raises by 5% every year. Nobody is ever in the leasing office and the property manager Ashley was incredibly unprofessional. I searched her facebook once and saw her talking shit about the tenants on her public social media....lol It's not worth the money or trouble.
