I am editing this review because while Dr. Picillo is great, their billing practices are terrible. They waited over a year to bill me for a boot, and tried to bill me for a copay I already paid. Although I sent in the payment for the boot six months ago, they have billed me again. Now, I have to once again take time out of my day to call, wait on hold, and coordinate proof over email. This place was so amazing! The staff, Dr. P, and the environment were top notch. Great bedside manner, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I had to make a last minute appointment and they were super flexible in getting me the help I needed. Dr. P was extremely thorough, detailed and explained everything to me. I would 100% recommend. It’s a vibe!
