I have been going to Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs for 40+ years and have always received A+ service! The doctor takes her time to ensure she has fully examined you and is providing the eye care solution that fits you. They have a wide assortment of glasses that fit all budgets. The best decision I made was to check out Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs. I have been going here for three years and I love it. Eye doctors are amazing and Karen is phenomenal. I love Karen personality and sense of style. She has helped me and my son pick out the best frames. She is great with kids and such a beautiful woman.
Karen (manager) might seem nice on the surface, but they will swindle your insurance benefits and make you pay extra out of pocket in order to make more money for themselves. Not only they charged me premium contacts fitting for standard fitting. They also upcharge $105 for a box of contact lens which retails for $63. I felt ripped off and will never come back.
Money hungry! They will make you pay for both your eyeglasses and contact rx (I’ve never experienced this at any other optometrist’s office). They also won’t provide your eyeglass PD, and claim it’s so they won’t be liable for any incorrect eyeglass orders that you will get online, but it’s because they’re money hungry and want you to order from there! I will never go back here, especially since they want to exploit their customers.
