JUST WOW!!! From the 1st time walking into Phila Eyeglass and meeting Karen the experience was an A+++++!!! She is absolutely the Best! She took so much time with my Mom and myself …She has so much patience and made sure we were completely satisfied 💯 percent…Her personality is so genuine and honest ..Wanted the lightest and most comfortable pair of glasses for my mom & she came through big time! She absolutely knows her stuff! Great job!
Been coming here now for just about 10 years. The Doc is awesome and she really knows her stuff. Karen is the customer service G.O.A.T. Amazing. She makes it impossible to leave there in a bad mood. If you need eye Dr. and legendary service, here is your place.
Karen is the best! She pulled about 15 frames in different colors and shapes and critiqued them as I put them on. We agreed on several, I had to narrow it down to two. I love the two choices! she is full of personality very helpful and I definitely will be coming back every year. As we chatted, I noticed a pair of sunglasses tried them on and I also got those. I’m so excited I can hardly wait for them to come in!!
Phenomenal service! I stopped in today to get a pair of glasses fixed today. The tech, Karen, was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend this store.
