Lazy, inept and rude. not deserving of the star. I wonder how many times i have to call or leave messages so that one of the lazy, inept and rude worker from the Department of Revenue Tax Clearance, call me to help me with an issue i have, trying to renew the licenses for my father and sister. I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I MISSED ONE PAYMENT IN 2015 AND 2016 SO I HAD TO PAY LATED PAYMENT FOR TWO YEARS IF I DID NOT CALL ABOUT MY PROERTY TAX I WOULD NOT HAVE NONE
Horrible, I was on hold so long I forgot who I called. The website never works so it is not like you can save time and pay online. This is a sad mess.
