Completely incompetent and unprofessional. They refuse to let me talk to supervisors and continue sending me debt notices after an error on their part. I had already received a letter of resolution but they refused to process their own correction and are now threatening legal action against me. What a scam and corrupt department!

THE worst experience of my life! Sending me a past-due tax bill and then right to collections with no explanation WHY I owe it. Accountant can't get explanation, phone calls give differing information and emails even stranger explanations. Absolutely WORTHLESS!
RecommendedWe've recently made contact through the revenue@phila.gov portal. It receives and assigns a case number with a turn-a-round of 2-3 business days to address the problem... We had 5 case numbers and 3 out of the 5 were resolved accurately; the info on their website was adjusted. The problem we've encountered is when they can't figure it out when the information is not accurate and refer you to email egovservices@phila.gov for assistance with the website.
