The front desk keeps hanging up my calls. I’ve been trying to get a referral reissued for over a month now. This is extremely disappointing. It’s almost impossible to see a primary care doctor—appointments have a 3+ month wait. By then, a person’s condition could seriously worsen.
I had such a pleasant experience at this location from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant for my first time at this location
I wanted to speak with a nurse, but every time I called, they said there was an issue with the computer and that they would call me back.
