I really hate to do this, but this seemed like a mockery of the sacred practice of therapy. She had her camera off the whole time(not the biggest deal) but what resonated with me is that she seemed to be cleaning, and at one point she started eating. Even clearly opening a bag of chips during a session and openly chewing. I tried to give the benefit of doubt in this session, but after this went on for about 45 minutes I just hung up. Ms. Ivy is kind and patient but she is judging instead of giving advice even without hearing both sides of the couple. She constantly yawns or eats something and it seems that she is not a good choice in the field of counseling and therapy. She doesn't offer a range of solutions and doesn't act as an ally and seems biased. She didn't earn my trust and I don’t recommend her for marriage therapy.
