My whole experience was informative and delightful! I first spoke with Lucas, who was very patient and interested in actually resolving the issues I was experiencing while biking. I next met with Sean for a bike fitting! Sean listened and helped resolve the issues with alterations to the seat/pedals. Sean took the time to explain why I might be experiencing pain in specific areas. I will most definitely be returning to Philly Bikesmith for any other bike related needs! Thanks again Lucas and Sean!
The best. Patient, competent, very good at what they do -- and with a positive attitude. Can't do any better than Phila Bikesmith -- which is why I travel an hour and a half from MD to their shop.
Having already gone to another shop who told me my shifters were fine... philly bikesmith actually listened to me! Lucas did an awesome job explaining what they were going to do to fix my bike up and Sarah was super friendly at checkout! Thank you guys for excellent service. Will be back for sure!
Came to this location to have 2 bikes assembled. Was told they do great work. I don't know if great is the right word but more like outstanding. They told me it would take 2 to 3 days to assemble. Well they lied, in a good way. Both were done the next day. Great customer service goes a long way and their work shows it. I had the pleasure to work with Lucas and Alex. Both very knowledgeable about the bikes I dropped off. Will continue going out of my way to have my bikes assembled there. Great work guys.
Nice people. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Good work done reasonably and quickly. They took good care of my old Bianchi Ibex.
