Cannot say enough about Philly Bikesmith. Had a big puncture this morning in my rear tire. Put a new tube in- enough to get me to this shop that a fellow cyclist (who helped with said tube change)- highly recommended. Adam and Mac could not have been more courteous, despite the shop being buzzing with business this morning. Literally, the easiest place to go and the nicest guys. I called when I got to the storefront (because they are practicing no contact business right now) and someone came right out. I asked him to look at my tire, he assessed it, changed the tire and returned my bicycle in less than 30 minutes. Amazing! I am a forever customer for this place.

Only place to take your bike
I purchased a Kona Rove ST earlier this spring and I've done numerous long rides on it including a 30+ mile gravel event and the ACS ride to Atlantic City. The bike is super comfortable and at the time of purchase Max set the bike up and got the fit perfect. The shop does quality work and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Philadelphia Bikesmith!
