I bought a Nissan Sentra from this dealership in 2009. Later when I tried to trade it in for a newer car, I found out that Philadelphia AutoHaus hid information from me at the time I bought the car. They gave me an 6 month old CARFAX report which was printed right before structural damage was reported. The trade-in value was very low because of the structural damage. DO NOT trust this dealership!
Fantastic! They fixed my Mazda 3. Some stupid lady crashed into my passanger door on the driver side. Not only did they fix my car but they cleaned the entire car and gave me a free oil change. Thank you Steve!
Don't trust a word that they say. They mislead you from the moment you walk in the door. All they want you to do is sign on the dotted line. After they trick you into believing that they will fix everything that you ask, they give you a bunch of excuses about why they can't do it.
To make a long story short, I ended up buying a new car, going back up to Carteret only to sell my old Ford Focus from the Auto Haus that blew up to someone for $350. I spend $4100 on a low end Ford Focus that was supposed to be a reliable ride and 5 months later sold a useless piece of junk for $350. After talking with a mechanic I was informed that from the sound of the story that the car had been in a front end collision which would explain the windshield leaking and the engine problems.
