They are very money motivated, they have no empathy, and damn near treated my dog dying n so nonchalantly as they realized I did not have $8,000 for a surgery. I lost my dog here, she was all I had man. The only time they offered payment options was when I decided to euthanize. Otherwise, they had no motivation to help me.

Cannot thank PASE enough for their care and compassion. I found a very injured cat on my street last night and they took him in to try to help even though I did not know who the owner was (or if he had one). Gianna went above and beyond.

We had to rush our cat in for emergency care after calling our primary vet who recommended PASE. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredible. Within a minute of our arrival, he was taken back for vitals which immediately reassured us that he was in good hands. Dr. Marshall checked in with us multiple times while they were running vitals and bloodwork, keeping us updated every step of the way.
